Beth and Alejandro have been selling and investing in real estate together since 2007, when they first started envisioning a sustainable community in Panama, featuring tropical architecture.

They have successfully developed and operate Class A+ Office space in Costa del Este and are landlords to Fortune 500 companies with regional headquarters in Panama City.  Simultaneously, Alejandro & Beth own and operate a successful Boutique Real Estate brokerage business in Panama City and Panama’s Azuero Peninsula with an excellent track record.

After many years of visiting the Azuero Peninsula, Beth & Alejandro finally found the perfect home for Bonhomia, on the West end of Playa Venao. Acquisition of the property was completed on February 2019 and planning for Bonhomia Reserve began in 2020. Bonhomia Reserve embodies the passion, expertise and vision of its founders, with sustainability, design, and luxury living at its core.

Alejandro is a member of the Urban Land Institute in Washington, D.C. and the Panama Real Estate Developer and Broker Association. He has an MBA from the University of Louisville and a Major in Real Estate Investment and Development from Stetson University.  Beth has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia with a double Major in Psychology and Religious Studies.
